Welcome to our very first Walkabout.
I chose to begin the earthwalker journey here because it has always been a very special place to me. Over the years I've explored many of the winding creek beds but they still keep unveiling new discoveries. Big storms often whip through these mountains altering the terrain. Primordial trees can be found uprooted, creating natural bridges across streams. Whispers based on Aboriginal legend say that this land is Yowie country––a fitting playground for mysterious creatures. The rainforest is sacred and every step deserves gratitude and respect.
